酒店硬件设施较好，离科技馆比较近，交通还算方便。前台服务比较生硬，也没有耐心，业务有待加强！第一天入住居然给了一间未打扫的房间，住了这么多次酒店，第一次遇上真么奇葩的事！在续住和含早餐的问题上，前台很是纠结弄得非常不愉快。业务真的要加强。最后离开店遇上的女接待，服务很好，也很耐心，业务也很好，总体评价4分吧！

酒店就在北京站，旁边地铁2号线很方便，2号线是环线，途径很多景点。
大年初二入住的，前台还给小朋友一小包糖果，很贴心
定了2间，一间是特价房有点偏小
