酒店五一期间活动很多，很有意思，不错！但前台的服务态度真是太差了，尤其是那个前行政002号，无视客人的请求，眼不抬，理都不理人，是什么让你如此嚣张，难道你是想把客人都气走，图平静吗？对此感到很愤怒，真是一颗老鼠屎坏了一锅粥。
