整体很宽敞，有窗户，配置方面能有的都有。像电吹风、热水壶、冰箱、密码箱、等。卫生间浴缸与坐便器中间有隔帘，还是比较人性化的。
位置的优越性很突出，离三里屯太古里很近，周围有很多小吃。挨着团结湖地铁站很近，正常走路10分钟左右可到达入站口。
