酒店设施陈旧，但房间比较宽敞，卫生也可以。主要看重凯富地理位置优越，离太古里，三里屯soho，工体，嘉茂，团结湖地铁站都不远，所以休闲、购物、娱乐、交通，这些基本需求都还能满足吧。
