绝对差评。史上第一个差评酒店。为客户定的，支付了费用。第二天一早续的时候，才知道，前台又跟客户要了房费。打电话过去，前台绝壁肯定， 我是担保的，不是交费了。我傻吗，担保和交费看不清！？打给酒店预订部， 查定单，说是搞错了，是交费了。这么弱智的错误，客户会怎么想我？！糟心

差到不能在差，根本没有服务意识，帮朋友办入住，却告知需要本人自取，联系朋友告知酒店是委托拿房卡既然还不行，酒店一点都不为客户想是什么心理，以后不会再住，也不会推荐朋友住，垃圾中的垃圾，望
