订了三天房，住了一天之后，晚上11点多回酒店发现刷不开门了，找前台，前台说只预订了一天，已经退房了。我说我的行李都还在房间里呢，而且是预订了三天，前台说不知道，系统上查就是只预订了一天，我出示了elong的预订记录之后，前台无话可说，推诿说他是交接班的不知道情况，然后把房卡给更新了。呵呵，不知道这是什么套路猫腻。然后，晚上回去卫生间一股臭味，马桶里一股黑水，像是脏东西返流了。
