真的很一般，我可以负责任的确定的说，我的身份证和信用卡装在了放房卡的那个卡包里，第二天退房时忘在房间了，离开之后才发现忘记拿了，打电话回去找说没有，我怀疑是保洁没注意，跟垃圾一起收了扔了，可是酒店方面坚决否认，说他们不会误扔的……我也无语，拿不出证据也怪我自己大意，就这吧，只是第二天要赶高铁回去，补办临时身份证明很麻烦
