入住体验奇差无比。早上结账以后，下午又告诉我们说要收什么青岛啤酒，什么水的收费。早上忘记收了。我们是接待客人的。客人都走了。我们报销款也打完了，他们来这么一出。我们再去跟客人问？五星级服务也就这样吧。我怎么知道不是你们员工偷喝了？退房时不说，搞这么麻烦。
