酒店设施很棒，带有罕见的空中花园，很舒适。但是服务理念需要提高，我11月共订了三间房，客人早上8点从西客站就到了酒店，准备洗漱后去办事，但前台只是强调按规定下午2点后才能入住，曾经提出哪怕有一个打扫干净的客房让客人简单洗漱一下，也被否决了，客人都是60-70多岁的老人，也只好先去办事，下午2点后才办入住，做为酒店服务有点儿不近人情，希望能根据不同情况服务好来宾
