垃圾酒店，垃圾同程，劝各位用同程的朋友们，换一个软件吧，太垃圾了，订的房间，给酒店打电话，问能不能申请更改下日期，那个服务态度简直一个差，一句话去找你的订房网站，这是你们希尔顿酒店的服务态度吗，我入住全国接近15家希尔顿的酒店，从未碰到过此种情况，真的是这个酒店垃圾，装高大上，同程这个软件也更是垃圾，处理问题不理不睬，一直拖时间，明明我看网上都还有房，给我说没办法更改入住日期，就这么简单的一个问题，需要你们处理48个小时之久吗？在这儿也看出贵公司对员工的要求真是大开眼见，一句话就把你忽悠了，就你们这种服务态度还来参与服务行业吗？霸王条款，坚决抵制。垃圾，真的不能再垃圾了。
