到底是大牌酒店管理集团的，管理到位，服务好，一些细节做得特别仔细，如毛巾干净，闻下气味就知道消过毒，游泳池里更衣室里的大浴巾一拿起来感觉是热的，柔软舒适，自助餐厅的盘子也是刚端出来的都是温热的，表面光滑铮亮。洗头液用过后也很舒适，以后来北京还打算继续住这里

酒店环境还不错，就是服务一般，入住的第二天居然门锁坏了，我们出去一天回来还没修好，也没打电话通知，回来就让我们搬房间，也没个说法，很失望，对于这五星级酒店出现这种情况真是无语，只是送了一盘瓜盆，到离店也没处理出什么结果
