春节期间一家三口到北京旅游，选了很久，最后选了这家。洲际酒店的品牌，二环边上，距离阜成门地铁站c出口就几百米。可入住当天晚上，一脸疲惫的我们回到酒店却发现没有热水！高星级酒店居然连热水这基本供应都没有。酒店解释是热水出了问题，要等等，可一等再等，等到11点，在我再三主动去问，酒店方才有经理出来说安排去6层的桑拿间洗澡。住酒店居然还要公共浴室，呵呵。在我投诉下，酒店方给予了我房费85折的折扣和一个果盘，并表示热水供应会没问题的了。但更没想到的是，第二晚回到去，居然依然没有热水，只有轻微温度的温水，酒店方不相信，还派师傅上门来看了，看了之后就说麻烦等等，可这一等又是11点，打电话没人接，只好直接跑到大堂去投诉。这下酒店终于作出安排，让我们到23层的房间睡觉，并且又是85折的优惠和更换房间。这两晚的不愉快的经历下来，最不满意的不是热水出问题了，设施故障的问题难免，是在在住客反映了问题后，酒店管理方却迟迟没有跟进，要让住客去问，去催，去投诉了，才会有人跟进解决，虽然事后的态度很好，但主动服务、及时解决问题的能力还是需要不断加强。
