房间可以，服务一般，晚上11点左右忽然停电，打电话到客服，前台，礼宾部竟然没有一个可以打通的，停电约1小时，事后也没有任何一个人表示过歉意。而停电的时候我正在工作，劳动了大晚上成果，没来得及保存，一停电全部没有了！生气！门口大多数时候几乎没有门童，入住的时候孩子睡着了，我抱着5岁的孩子，单是一个入住就在前台站了半天，要押金，不能手机支付，找身份证，找信用卡，找现金，抱着孩子，很累的，前台2个人，礼宾部1人在，都很漠然，没人会主动帮忙。哎！
