因为是IHG会员，所以之前来北京都是住的洲际，这一次想换个感觉，虽然只住了一晚，不过对于北京四季的评价还是很高的。 整栋楼外观很一般，不过从大堂开始就感觉到了四季的服务气息。办理入住速度很快，房间干净整洁，卫生间很大。最满意的莫过于她的夜床服务，进门的拖鞋，床边的饮用水，还有曲奇……想泡澡，致电客房服务就送来了两大包浴盐。茶包种类的齐全也不是其他酒店可以做到的。唯一一点建议就是，卫生间马桶不智能，淋浴房的下水有点堵，不过……都不影响对四季的满意，毛笔的搭配很中国风，超级喜欢！

艺龙预订出现问题。网上明明预订的三间双床含双早，结果前台说都是大床单早。协调了半天才解决。酒店的门卡不太灵光，刷电梯总有误。这次最惊艳的是行政酒廊的欢乐时光，种类多，味道赞，补货及时！健身房人好多啊！遇到几个7-8岁的熊孩子，在健身房闹翻天，工作人员也没有很好制止。

办理入住手续后，大堂的服务员就眼看着我拖着大件行李、背着包，牵着孩子上楼，没有人过来帮忙拿行李。第一次遇到这么服务的五星酒店。房间的面积也不大，窗外景色杂乱，入住体验不佳，不值得再次入住。
