服务水准比较专业，酒店2家（黑珍珠所谓中国米其林）餐厅不错：mio和采逸轩，遗憾的是晚上18楼都能听到楼下酒吧豪放唱歌声

算是四季的老客人了，几乎每个月都会来，喜欢四季这种亲切的感觉。特别想表扬和感谢一下26层行政酒廊的全体员工，亲切热情，无微不至，尤其是酒店与酒廊里那位美女画家合作之后，不仅提高了艺术氛围，同时也提高了酒店的品位。这么多年以来，陆续送走了几批员工，但每次来，她们甚至记得我偏好的咖啡和红酒类型，这种感觉真的就跟回到家了一样，这在世界各地的酒店入住体验来说也是独一无二的，四季的房间可能不如时尚酒店那么豪华，但这种亲人般的感觉绝对是唯一的，而且只在北京四季酒店。希望酒店管理层可以替我狠狠表扬一下26层行政酒廊的全体员工，谢谢！—— 一名北京四季酒店多年常客发自内心的评价
