酒店环境很好，就是地址有些偏，没带车出行真不方便，去颐和园还是有点远。其他挺好的，孩子喜欢，又不愿意费力拖行李换地方，就又订了一晚。

前台服务阿姨态度差，男生服务态度不错，我说退房，那女的看都不看我一眼，一句话也不说，在找什么东西，这种人做啥前台。旁边一个人退房和她说话，她说听不懂还翻眼。brbr就看这里空气好，不然吃饱了撑的慌啊

这个酒店太垃圾了，坑，爱钱如命。预付的，遇到特殊事情确实没赶上火车，跟艺龙商量了，人家同意退，结果这个艺龙和我一再给这个酒店打电话，就是不给退，你是多爱钱。另外房间没窗户，憋屈的啊。
