预定付款酒店确认后告诉没房，没有解决办法，不上报经理，一家老小活活等了一个多小时，前台以各种理由说没房，把人都当傻子也就算了，态度极其烂，把人晾在一边不管，说她们两句还皮笑肉不笑，经理出面处理后前台明知反馈结果还隐瞒不报，故意耽误时间，故意分配错误的房间导致多次换房，大半夜12点成心整人玩，还**微笑服务，跟**似的，毫无半点服务态度，整个酒店管理差、服务差，还雇一堆**服务员，早晚得黄。
