用艺龙旅行网预定两天酒店，但提前走所以住了一天，支付宝提前付款的，走时酒店告知如何交费的如何退费，隔天支付宝只退了押金,仍然收了两天住宿费，客气的打电话询问，告知这是艺龙的事，打电话到艺龙客服推卸说是酒店方的事，打电话到酒店说是艺龙的事，两方互相踢皮球！难道我预付了两天的钱就非要住两天，没有一方处理这件事吗？两方一个是四星酒店，一个是知名旅游网站，难道从没有遇过预付账款但提前离店的客人吗？都是这样处理的吗？对一个四星酒店环境不做评论，任何不满不想发泄，就事论事，谁给我解决这件事？酒店前台坚持他方没收钱，坚持推卸，艺龙客服更是直接告知到客服就不能向上投入了？所以艺龙最大领导者就是客服？没有管理人员了？两方语气之让人愤怒今日不追究，但！这事作为一个消费者不送忍让，必深究到底！差评到底！
