差，淡季，空房很多，却给间背阴，靠外墙房间，空调不灵，两小时没暖和，老人冻的胃疼，才给换了旁边的房间，不仅对客人没有关怀，简直就是缺德！早餐的桌布，发出大家看看

酒店不愧是名师设计，厅堂庭院格局独特，中西结合，建在香山公园内，环境优雅，空气中弥漫着香山红叶淡淡的幽香，夜晚很安静；酒店设施齐备，服务很好，有求必应，住在酒店游香山还可免门票，虽然价格高点，但享受了也挺不错的
