首先地理位置是绝对的垄断级，贝大师的经典设计也是非常大的卖点，慕名而去。建筑基本是在近百年老香山饭店的基础上充分考虑环境尤其参天古树而建，能建在昔日皇家园林中，就非同一般。
早餐自助尚可，中、晚餐非常一般，杭帮味道不敢恭维，杭州本地稍好些的餐馆都比香山饭店的好，还超贵，绝对的物不符值，因为垄断所以霸道，也可以走到香山路上的小饭店对付，当然饮食安全是没有保障的，况且同在景区周边未必便宜。
有机会，还会去，尤其金秋时节。希望饮食有改善，起码物应所值。
