比较惊讶，订房的时候网上已经支付房费，已经确认房间。但到酒店后竟然说没房了。然后把我安排到它的另一个楼的房间，该房间跟如家差不多.根本没有像订房的时候4星级的标准。然后那服务说一堆如果不满意只能调到其他酒店，但肯定比这还差。但已经比较晚，只能将就住了一个晚上。这就是北京的体验。个人感觉有点像被骗的黑店！
