带着一家5口来北京逛逛，下午4点check in，办理速度超慢。入住后，房间比较小，吧台这块根本放不了杯子，小物，卫生间没有挂毛巾挂衣服的地方，洗漱台也放不了东西，但是还比较干净，马桶边没有垃圾桶，垃圾桶也没有套塑料袋。只能说是黄金地段，其他没有亮点，偏商务，感觉北方就没有南方亲子方面酒店这块做的好。早餐呢品种也不多，而且面包也不好吃。下次应该会选择其他酒店。

设施老了，只是十多年前的老五星标准，优点是地理位置绝佳，因此依然门庭若市，熙熙攘攘。价位还可以，普通五星套房的价格，服务一般，比如不能延迟退房到两点，洗护和布草都是普通水准

设施挺完善的，游泳池漂亮，地段超级棒，价格也不贵，这是优点。但是服务质量不高，办理入住办理了10多分钟，早晨吃饭去餐厅，还没吃完就把盘子收走了，好几桌都是这样。。并且强烈要求加强预定电话人员的素质管理！五星的酒店，二星的服务，希望可以改进。
ps 泳池和客房服务还可以，其他不行
