总体满意。入住办理时间有点久，等房等了2个多小时才打扫好。第一天给我的两间房排在5楼，房间异味重，拖鞋牙刷只放了一人份。第二天果断要求官方，前台帅哥立马把我两间房安排妥妥的。出行很方便，吃东西也方便，酒店在商场里有出入口和地铁口，楼下有百老汇，吃了很好吃的湊湊火锅。

非要下午两点入住，对游客来说很不合理。等一天玩好吃晚饭回酒店checkin 已经只有低楼层了😭另外，酒店的窗很小，有一半外面还有绿化，什么都看不见。房间很矮，一点都不大气。另外，酒店的女前台似乎不喜欢内地客人，感觉他们只想为香港客人服务。果然是李嘉诚开的 ，一点错不了。

酒店不错，带孩子游泳，需要登记所有人的身份证才能进泳池，前台的服务生工作不够细心没找到登记的名字，让我打电话到艺龙客服，结果打三次电话都没能解决问题，艺龙客服也真是醉了，本以为越早定房价越优惠，结果定完第二天就降价，真是悲催！
