当时是下午4点订的房间，要求网上全部付清，到晚上7点行程临时取消，打电话申请客服退单，结果客服说不能退单，只能打电话问酒店，酒店人员回复说：不入住就不会扣费，酒店没有收到这笔费用。
问一句艺龙：是你公司吃了这1200多人民币？还是你的工作人员贪了我这1200多人民币。你们公司这种就是明抢！如果我取消订单，你们可以收取一定合理的费用，但是就是一句：不可以退单。
