酒店比较新设备设施还不错，前台办理入住效率太低 慢死了 2个前台只开放一个 ，前面2个办理退房和入住服务员鼓捣了将近30分钟，我都无语了，轮到我办理入住，跟我说订单查不到没法入住，让我联系艺龙，我只好打电话给艺龙客服，旁边的一位大哥和我一样情况艺龙定的房也是查不到，我都无语了，明明订单已经确认 房费已交，我都等了40分钟了，你查不到是你们跟艺龙的对接问题，我已经收到酒店确认短信预订成功，都交费了，还不给办理入住，什么玩意啊，最后沟通是先给我办理入住然后她们再核实问题原因，太不容易了办理个入住折腾快一小时。
