因为被领导通知临时出差，我通过艺龙网已支付过的订房不能如期入住。前台经理谢君先生细心帮我协调、解决难题，更改入住时间，很人性化的服务让我焦虑不安的同时感到非常暖心。大大点赞👍！如每个格兰云天的员工都像谢先生这样用心去对待每个客人，让我们在异乡也感觉到温暖，相信格兰云天会越长越强大。

设施超级差，马桶反味道，而且不止一间房间卫生间有味。
服务也很差，首先给一间房，卫生间有很大味道，打电话响应速度超级慢，维修师傅来看，说要维修才能好，那要求换一间，也很长时间才办理换好，从办理入住到完全住好，花了两个小时，不知道服务员在干嘛，一个个看没工作激情一样，连四星都不如。
卫生：房间打扫超级马虎，洗手台上全是灰尘，拍照给经理看了，也没给更好的解释，而且经理还爱搭不理，好像投诉也无所谓。
总之，设施差 三星 服务差两星 卫生也很差 良星
住过豪华型或五星级最差的酒店，以后再也不会在这里住。

虽然不是五星级酒店但是性价比比较高，房间宽敞卫生舒适，入住遇到小问题酒店方态度也很不错的解决了，额外加早餐是108每位，早餐的品质挺不错的，种类虽然不多但是味道不错，整体感觉是不错的，明年参会还会选择这家
