首先第一次入住北京亦庄格兰云天国际酒店，酒店位置处于亦庄开发区对于出差人士十分便利，酒店设施十分完善，但服务却是和酒店设施十分不匹配，当晚9点左右到达酒店。门口礼宾如同看到路人，毫无问候和表情
，酒店前台服务满意酒店房间紧张主动升级房型，但入住房间后却没有热水，与服务台联系，等候20分钟没有前来修理，由于时间较晚通知酒店没有要求来修理，早上早餐，作为一家4星级酒店，居然没有橙汁，西柚汁也并非鲜榨果汁，早餐种类却是很少，很一般的入住体验，性价比很一般

之前经常来这家酒店入住了，首先说一下地理位置吧，离得很近，挨着环岛，很不错，然后这次是接待客户的，正好碰到了前台的宋柏桦经理，服务很专业！很贴心！想客人所想，让我很有面子！大赞！以后以后还会有合作！
