酒店环境优美，闹中取静。非常喜欢房间的江南风格，大气优雅👍早餐种类丰富，除了摆出的餐品，还有可以点餐的各种饮品和小吃。酒店可以免费提供其他酒店的温泉及游泳。住宿感觉非常不错，希望夏天有机会再来入住

酒店真心不错，属于古北水镇中比较高档的一家酒店了，刚到大厅时被大厅的摆设所折服，一家乌镇设计师亲自操刀设计的精品会所酒店，没想到的是酒店竟然辣么大，还有二楼！服务非常好，还有水果，干果和小点心，水也是直饮水，非常便捷。在这更值得一提的是，酒店的菜品和自助早餐，菜品口味属于地道的杭帮菜，自助早餐，品种丰富，而且是荤素搭配，营养均衡！下次去还会选择乌镇会，真心赞一个！！！

早餐种类比较少，菜品质量非常一般甚至还不如全季、和颐、郦枫；酒店标识牌比较少，幸好本人方向感很强，如果是女士就比较容易迷路～

房间设施环境都不错，服务真是一般般，前台退房时一会说不见一个瓷器一会又说没事了，客人入住时难道进门先数屋内几件瓷器？原本几件也不知道啊，后来发现每间退房时都要细数瓷器以及是否磕碰，磕碰属于酒店器物正常耗损难道需要客人承担？我定的两千多多套房结账跟防贼似的检查这种体验搁谁能自在？酒店餐厅也不怎么样，望酒店管理培训人员加强培训。否则实在和价格不符。
