晚上入住的前台服务还不错，房间略小，有点味道，不过北京位置好的一般都这样

因为第二天要到附近开会定的，附近都是各种公务机关，估计酒店也是以接待这种为主，房间比较旧，也比较小，有点味道，这些都能接受。但第二天前台寄行李的一个中年大妈服务态度太差，明明前台还很空，且有别人寄存了行李，我们就存两个小箱子，十二点寄存的，跟她说估计4点一定拿走，叽叽歪歪的半天，很不好。

设备陈旧，地毯很脏，感觉不怎么经常清洗地毯。洗手间的拉门和衣柜都是很老式的。wifi无密码感觉并不安全，信号不强而且有时会断。居然没热水，前台说要放20分钟才有热水，不仅没热水，而且在放水的20分钟内，居然水也断了，这是什么逻辑？现在随随便便的商务型或经济型酒店都能做到及时有热水啊。最后电话说供水系统出了问题，整个酒店都没热水，说起用临时锅炉烧提供热水，要等40分钟以上才有热水。然后1个半小时后，水算是手感有点温温的，凑合着冲一下吧，结果越洗越冷。最后ps一下：地毯是真的很脏，桌子台面上铺了一层塑料垫，边缘处有用了多年的表皮磨破的痕迹，感觉很low。早餐很一般，20一位，菜品很少，服务意识不行。
