1，前台业务非常不熟练，感觉像是培训的实习生，因为赶着去机场，早上5点退房 前台都睡着了，叫醒后，老员工带着业务不熟的员工处于没睡醒的状态给我操作退房，扣款，开发票，真叫一个慢，提醒过自己要去机场，请快些操作，结果是不理会，继续教新人。太不变通。2，等待核实入住太慢，之前担保的费用因为尚未等待核实，还没退回来。总体上，酒店位置蛮好，但服务真的太不专业，有待加强，不是很想住第二次。

这是我住过最差的酒店，毛巾又黑又脏，上面还有污渍。问店员，店员说洗不干净！地毯也脏的不行，都是毛发。要不是因为孩子咋附近考试，才不会住在那里。

酒店设施老旧，除了离开会地点近以外，实在找不到优点了，一般不推荐！贵不说，卫生也不好，前台小姑娘态度更不好！！！！热水不热，幸好是夏天，不然冬天入住，洗漱洗澡都没法解决的啊。

不断问是否退房，基本没服务，开关一半都不好使，晚上还有莫名的敲门声，和招待所水平差不多，不建议旅游来住
