设施还可以，地理位置不错，来住了第一晚第二天就连续了两天的房！可是第二天晚上的时候，叫了个外卖，外卖小哥说对门地上门缝咋流出一地血！我一看，吓的外卖都不敢吃了，收拾东西退房，全身吓的发抖！马上换了五星酒店！可是没住的房费酒店也不退了！换到别的酒店一晚都不敢睡，头脑都是对门门缝流出来一地血的场景！这次旅行是我有生来最郁闷的旅行，吓的神经衰弱了！还发现这酒店电梯和走廊没监控，这是最恐怖的事！以后还是住正规酒店！吓死人了！

本来付了三天的钱，第二天下午的时候，死人了，一大摊血在对门门缝流到走廊，吓的我第二天晚上8点就赶紧搬走，找前台也不退第三天预付的钱！害我换五星去做了几天恶梦，晚上觉都不敢睡，神经衰弱了都！真是亏大了！

在世贸天阶的旁边，是个比较热闹的商圈，周边酒店、写字楼、购物中心林立，地铁口近在咫尺。公寓空间大，喜欢热闹的可以选择这里。
