房间可以，但早上5点中被不知道什么声音吵醒，持续1小时到6点，值班人员和工程部的员工提着梯子??近房间找声音来源.本来就睡的晚，大早晨被吵醒错过了早饭时间.真的很无语??

The staff is friendly, when one of them saw that my daughter's slipper did for her foot, he proactively offered another pair to her.
Have daily housekeeping service and breakfast was included.
There are indoor areas with different facilities (unlimited drinks and drain ) and an outdoor area for children to play there, also hot springs and swimming pool.
It is a nice place for families to stay.

作为携程深度用户，使用携程10多年来第一次给差评，差评的原因是酒店不诚实。
8.14上午我办理续住，酒店説充值一万元可以按照380一晚，有窗的房间400一万更划算，我当场充值了一万，当时因为400的房间靠近路边不够安静，我选择了380的。当时前台让我配合跟携程反馈已退房，实际我是续住的。
8.23再次办理续住，我看到之前账单写的400一晚，前台核实后再次确认了房价是380，前台明确表示会把价格改回380，我表示理解。
8.26退房当天，前台突然告知不可能有380这个价格，我説全程都有监控和录音，这些最基本的诚信问题居然发生在如此内卷的当下，不可理解。

设施：翻新装修过，设施还是可以的，有窗户的房间还不错。洗衣房没有洗衣液，需自备，也没有给客人放乾净衣服的地方。有时候着急出门，可能等不到烘乾，等回来取衣服时，被别的客人扔在椅子上，洗了个寂寞。
衞生：没有什么特别不好的地方，也没什么特别惊喜的地方，小童游乐园有的成人不穿袜子进入，不衞生。
环境：地址位置不错，就在大马路上，周围外卖也很方便，后面有一个室外的小童游乐场，39一个人，不贵，但没什么玩的，夏天暴晒。室内的小型小童游乐场需要收费，一个滑滑梯一堆海洋球。那为什么不去奈尔宝之类的大型游乐场。不是对住店客人开放的。洗浴客人可以使用。
服务：前台小伙子还行，还给免费升级了房型。其他大厅的不太行，住了7天，见了70%的大厅前台都差点意思，大厅的黑衣人很恐怖。面无笑意，啥组织？
客房服务大姐和餐厅服务员挺好的。

来北京出差在朝阳站附近搜到这家酒店，位置位于朝阳大悦城的黄金地段，出行很方便。300元的房间性价比很高，虽然没有窗户。但商家赠送了不限时不限次数的温泉门票，出差一天泡泡温泉很解乏。吃饭也很方便楼下就是海底捞，还有一家韩式烤肉店。酒店自己的自助餐厅也很不错。强烈推荐👍
