北京河南大厦位于北京肿瘤医院附近，是河南人到北京办事的理想住所，交通便利、餐饮对口，住着亲切些，但是装修比较旧了，服务质量还有待提高。其他都可以，住的时候一个餐馆、游泳池等设施在装修，不能使用。
