酒店服务和诚信有问题，我们通过艺龙网订房并已入住付费，最后结算积分时少了2间房，艺龙反映是酒店确认时少了2间房，积分少了2间没什么，这是小事，但酒店诚信还是服务肯定出了问题。

酒店的服务和诚信有问题，我们通过艺龙订房，入住结帐后在计算积分时少了2间，虽然积分不值什么，但是酒店的做法让人感到缺乏诚信，下次不是开会是不会去住住的。
