五星酒店，服务态度，室内外环境，餐饮，娱乐，休闲设施都不错。但是一些细节并不到位，比如室外游玩跟前台没有联系，要顾客来回跑。价位够高。

办理入住时开始没有查到订单，很快解决，服务态度不错。酒店环境很好，绿化率高，有湖，小朋友可以玩沙子，围着湖边跑步感觉不错。亮点是温泉不错，人少，都是室内的，适合带小孩来。不理想的地方一是早餐，人多，东西品种少，供应不上，二是退房速度慢，而且入住和退房是两个柜台，不注意容易拍错队，整体感觉还不错，推荐。

酒店位置比较隐蔽，是发改委的一个培训中心，酒店在一个大院子里，绿化很好；酒店中餐厅还不错，价格大约人均一百就能吃得比较舒服，味道也不错，前提是不点奢侈的菜品；说说房间吧，之前在网上看到评价酒店卫生间地板不太干净是事实，房间里面的地毯也不太干净，住的大床房，竟然是水床，有些意外，父母住的标间，床比较硬，老年人谁着腰不痛；温泉单付费，我以前泡的温泉，池边都标有含天然矿物质，而这里是盐卤池、中医汉方池，这些是人工调配出来的吧、是天然温泉吗？不过有个大池子，小孩可以玩，水温适宜，就说这么多吧……
