服务太不像五星级了，尤其是前台入住时候那个男服务员的态度，耷拉个脸，说话也不抬头，谁欠你的呀？！！！我26号早晨9点多入住的，说没房，明明刚刚退了俩间房，我说我等等，不着急，他跟我说，就算让你住，也算昨天的，多算一天房费，你住吗？？？
真**想说，****！！！什么五星级，再也不来了！！！！
