隔音太差！隔壁房间响个不停。空调效果不明显，冷！就是阁楼上放一张席梦思床，感觉像农家出租屋！

朋友很满意，第一次住四合院，感觉很不错，出行也很方便

性价比很低，感觉就是把自己家里的改成了旅馆，卫生很差，没有什么服务可言，根本不值1千多，当时挑选的就是看介绍说能住下的，结果到那才知道小孩只要超过130，不管住不住得下，必须加240加床，很坑人，早餐就是速冻食品热一下，没有质量可言，同住的一家人反映包子都臭了，又出去买的油条。楼上的栏杆间距非常宽，小孩很容易掉下去，店家也没有措施，也没有提醒，时间太晚不想折腾，不然肯定不会入住。虽然确实离人民广场比较近，但以后肯定不会再住的
