四合院的位置比较好，离开会的大楼很近。但是设施陈旧，最主要是开不了增值税专用发票，在后续索要发票过程中，被要求付20%的税点才能代开，沟通很不顺畅!PS:有专用发票须要的，必须要谨慎考虑!!!
