退房的时候，酒店前台一看不是本人退房，立刻少退了450多元，本人经过半天+一晚上的投诉，艺龙网起不到任何作用，最终直接联系希尔顿酒店前台，前台说要一个月以后退款，本人当时就急了，酒店承诺一周后退款，但是到目前本人仍未收到退款，后续如有新的进展，会及时更新。建议大家不要入住，设施老旧，酒店人品太差。

酒店位置超好，临近就有apm，银泰，很多好吃的餐馆都在附近。房间很大，有衣帽间，和孩子们住了七天，很舒服！游泳池人很少，孩子们逛景点累了，来游游泳当放松。酒店的服务态度也很好，赞👍
