北京出差訂的這家 酒店門面看起來還不錯 下車沒人幫忙開門 禮賓部幾個聚在一起聊天 沒怎麼看到他們在服務人 今天check out也是我自己拎著四件行李下樓梯 還有不知道為什麼五星級的酒店 香港的信用卡刷不了 再說說房間 房間還挺漂亮的就是舊了點 不知道為什麼房間沒準備剃鬚套裝 浴缸電視也開不了 移動趟門也舊了

带着孩子办理入住，下午一点到的，三点左右，还是冲前台发火才给安排了入住房间，这种服务跟其他酒店比起来，我不知道好不好意思评价，发火就有房间出来，说明是能想办法解决入住的，等两个小时，前台软绵绵就是一句说最近生意太好，满房，没及时打扫房间。。。这真的不是一个五星酒店该有的应付方式。

房间很大，交通方便，5分钟可步行到王府井步行街。除了贵点其他都好！下次有机会还会入住。游泳池干净！
