老旧差，服务态度冷淡，对需求反馈速度极慢。通讯设施不能跟上时代变化，性价比超低，建议不要入住。
具体表现如下：
设施陈旧，装修沿用了有20年
抽水马桶堵后，从请求修理到派人来用了35分钟，师傅还不太会修。
Wi-Fi都没有安装。
