酒店管理赶不上三四线城市做得好的酒店，所有流程都是手写，服务人员态度常态性不好：1、我办退房，拿走我的房卡就办其他事去了，半天没反应，当时只有我一个人退房，开发票更是费时，我没记错的话开了四遍，错了四遍，毫不夸张开发票浪费我将近半小时；2、旁边一位要求尽快开房，另一名工作人员说你等着吧，最少40分钟，本来要3点才能开，现在能给你开就不错了…我听了简直不敢相信自己的耳朵。首都特色？也不是啊，有的酒店也是不错的啊……硬件、卫生就不说了，想住的自己体会…曾经住过如家、汉庭，这家都比不上这种快捷。
