宾馆稍微老了的，卫生条件一般，也许季节早了点，有点冷清。由于水库围栏不让接近水边，地点就像在一死胡同里，有点偏僻，这是预订前没想到的。

位置很好，就在怀柔水库边上，走几分钟能到大坝，看看水库。在怀柔城区，位置还是不错的，周边有东方宫牛肉面和包子铺。院子里可以停车，天井挺气派的，房间没有异味，有wifi，信号很好，就是房间设施太旧，，床比较窄，空调声音比较大。国营酒店，有点死气沉沉，要是能有私人老板来承包，好好装修内饰，餐饮搞好些，盘活员工积极性，一定能吸引更多游客的。毕竟地段和性价比都很好。

酒店位置靠近怀柔水库，可以在水库边上跑步遛弯，环境非常好，吃饭非常方便，很多选择。酒店小院停车方便，规模不是很大，所以很安静。值得推荐。
