周边环境好，靠近怀柔水库，空气非常棒，酒店设施有些老旧，是老三星的宾馆，十一去的人挺多，但是服务态度还行。

前台服务员态度恶略，言谈举止很差，不稀罕携程游客，也不少我一份差评！房间内烧水壶里水碱很多，蚊香是摆设没法用，毛巾破旧，电话是坏的，根本找不到前台和有关服务部门。窗台很脏。

在怀柔城区离商业街不远，交通方便，旁边就是怀柔水库，早晨或者晚上遛弯儿不错的选择，设施有点陈旧，不如格林豪泰快捷酒店设施新，如果是想住安静的地方可以选择这里，但是设施真的很陈旧。
