早餐偏西式，种类还算多，很多外国人在这里入住、吃饭。咖啡茶水在吧台旁边，比较偏僻，不容易看到。云吞面超级好吃！机器人很可爱，窗帘很有趣

首先，这家店打印极其不方便，需要打印的千万别住。其次，前台的姑娘服务态度极差（男生要客气很多）。举个例子，我问前台要根棉签，前台说我住的房间棉签不是必备的。我是想问贵店的棉签是用蚕丝和金丝楠木定制的吗？而且强调不提供客房服务，既然如此，为何要收取服务费呢？离店的时候是最气的，因为报销有规定，和前台沟通，需要出个刷卡商户名和酒店名一致的证明（在其他店遇过很多次，都能简单解决）。前台的回复是不给证明，也不给盖章（盖章需要一个月申请吧啦吧啦的），就拖着说无法解决我的问题，管自己接待其他的客人。十分钟可以办完的事情，被拖了四十多分钟，因为要赶飞机无奈离店。最后是设施不行，房间的一扇遮光窗帘拉不上。我没有打给前台，毕竟是不提供客房服务的大店，就这样在路灯的照射下入睡。
总体上，出差一个星期了，换了那么多家酒店，这家设施没有比快捷酒店好哪里去，但是服务应该是最低档的，真不推荐住。
