这次回京在江苏大厦的体验太好了，硬件，服务，位置整体感觉都很棒，服务人员态度和素质都高，就是平时房价波动大，房价合适时绝对是回京落脚点的好选择

到店前台给免费升级带窗房间，棒棒哒！
房间整洁，服务一流，细节很到位，每天定时更换新鲜水果；
平时爱喝水，服务员清洁卫生的时候看到没有收好的水杯，主动添加备用矿泉水，并留便签叮嘱，这已经不是单纯的制度规定范畴，这是真正的为客户着想，为超强的服务意识点赞为超贴心的小丽点赞👍👍👍
退房匆忙，不小心遗漏了手环，大堂经理娄聪先生发现后主动电联，询问地址邮寄到家，感谢🙏🙏🙏

春节回京选择入住江苏大厦，前台的小姑娘办理入住速度很快，她把酒店介绍的也很全面，笑的很甜美，给人感觉挺舒服的，让我印象深刻。
