在北京八天，住了三家酒店，江苏大厦是第三家，是最满意的一家，是下次还会去住的酒店。原因是江苏大厦的设施齐全，质量好，达到了五星酒店的标准，难得的是无论是前台接待员还是客房服务员都是训练有素的，服务规范到位，热情有礼，令顾客感到特别贴心。每天还有水果和鲜花，使你感觉真的被当作了贵宾。特别令我感动的是，我出去后服务员小兰看我房间有很多没晒干的衣服放在窗边，变主动为我备了一副晒衣架，帮我把衣服挂在晒衣架上，并拉开窗帘让太阳晒干我的衣服。我还把酒店送的四枝康乃馨（每天两枝）带回了两千多公里的家，让我仍然感受到江苏大厦的温馨。感谢江苏大厦给我美好的体验！
