前台服务员服务意识差，一问三不知，一问六不行。客房服务员很热情，酒店设施到还不错，说实话没有客房服务员我基本上服务会给他们3颗星。

入住程序繁琐，外宾比我们超级快，客房服务员很热情，前台科班出身的服务人员反而什么都不会，没有一点主动服务意识。

国际化水平很高，房间在北京也算不错，就是前台的程序很复杂，办个入住国人比外宾要慢，没有20分钟下不来。

我于5月31号晚上通过艺龙订了一晚的房间，6月1号付款退房子，已经在建国门外建国饭店完成住宿一晚，到今天6月6号都没有退回定金,艺龙居然说解除定金是由旅馆决定，怎么这么重要的信息艺龙在订房时不告知和说明，建国饭店和艺龙到底是怎么样为顾客服务？
