服务员素质有待提高 去的时候前面修路 停车不好停 问服务员停那 服务员说自己找到随便停吧！办理住房手续的时候 有个服务员一直在那大声抱怨！ 位置还可以里酒庄不远 房间不是很大 而且有点冷空调不能制热！

酒店设施不错，房间也还舒适整洁。就是周边环境比较乱，而且赶上周末有婚礼，去了没地方停车。电梯在饭点儿也不太好坐。退房时赶上个团户，虽然我们比他们早到前台退房还是无奈的等到他们退完才给我们办理完，就是查个房而且不在同一层，不知道为什么？
