我住的是商务会馆的商务间。非常满意。有个小插曲，我本想订会馆商务间，但艺龙上操作失误，订成金地来大酒店的商务间了。酒店和会馆可能是一个集团，会馆前台服务非常好，帮我协调酒店，让酒店同意取消我的预订，再订会馆的商务间，给我留好房间。可我联系艺龙想取消预订，但艺龙说这是他们的合作旅行社订的，旅行社说即使酒店同意取消，他们也不同意取消。我说我还在12点check in之前取消都不行吗？哪有酒店都同意，中间商不同意的，这不是明摆着抢钱吗？中间商不出房子不花钱，白捞一晚房钱，这钱赚得也太黑了😓！还是人家会馆客服非常好，与他们大酒店协商，让我最终入住了会馆商务间，在看到我有差价损失后，还赠了我孩子早餐券，尽可能减少我的损失，很贴心周到。
会馆商务间是没有浴缸的淋浴，这点我满意，我在外不喜欢带浴缸的淋浴。虽然还没吃早餐，但今天酒店前台尽心尽力帮助协调让我已经很满意。良心商家👍。
最后还要投诉艺龙。你们与这样的旅行社合作真是自毁品牌形象。即使你们用种种借口推说协议规定，这也明摆着是强制消费，是损害消费者利益的，你们的这种协议规定也是无效的。要不是会馆帮助我解决了，我定会找你们追究。不容你们如此霸道
